We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy, as it helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

CONSULTATION

We offer complimentary virtual consultations. In-person consultations require a $50 refundable deposit and are performed at our studio located on 429 Danforth Ave, Toronto, 2nd level. All procedures begin with a consultation to help understand your brow goals and preferences for perfect results.

DEPOSIT

To confirm your in-studio appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. This amount will be credited toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment. All transactions are subject to 13% HST.

Please be aware that any cancellations made by the client will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied ONCE to reschedule your appointment. To ensure your deposit is carried over, we ask for a minimum of 72-hour/ 3-day notice if you need to change your appointment. Any last-minute cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72-hour/ 3-day notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

A booking fee of $50 (plus applicable taxes) will be required for any additional rescheduling or new bookings after the first change.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS

Please inform us in advance if you anticipate being late for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled to avoid disrupting the next client's schedule and ensure your service’s quality. The deposit will be forfeited, and a rebooking fee of $50 (plus applicable taxes) will apply. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly for your travel and commute.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice according to our cancellation policy, 50% of the total service cost will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

NO GUEST POLICY 


All appointments are conducted one-on-one to maintain a focused environment during your treatment. Guests are not permitted in the treatment room to avoid interruptions or distractions. PRE-EXISTING TATTOO All work done elsewhere will be classified as a new set/an initial appointment.

If you have had previous work done by another artist, please send me clear photos of your bare brows to Email: [email protected] or Text: +1 (647) 325-3960 for assessment to determine if I can work on them. If you book an appointment without prior approval or fail to disclose previous work, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be cancelled.

PAYMENTS 


Payment Accepted: Cash/Debit Card/Credit Card/E-transfer. Refunds are not available once the service has been completed

TOUCH UPS (Under 1 Year)

Touch ups are offered at a reduced price only to clients whose initial proceduce was done by Denisse Beauty. If you have had previous work done by another artist, it will be considered a new procedure and pricing will reflect this. This ensures we can provide the best results tailored to your specific needs.

EYEBROWS PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. No alcohol for at least 24 hours before the procedure.

2. No caffeine on the day of the procedure.

3. No blood thinners, including painkillers, for at least 24 hours before the procedure.

4. No Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Aleve at least 48 hours before the procedure.

5. No working out on the day of the procedure.

6. You can NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.

7. No Botox injections for at least 2 weeks before the procedure.

8. No deep exfoliation in the brow area for at least 2 weeks before the procedure.

9. No antibiotics at the time of your appointments.

10. No eyebrow tinting 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
